Terms of service

1. The service

SlabX helps you catalog trading cards, look up market prices from third-party sources, verify PSA certification numbers, and share with other collectors. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Prices, valuations, and estimates

Values shown in SlabX come from third-party marketplaces and catalogs, from recent public sales, from values you enter yourself, and, on paid plans, from an AI estimate. They are informational estimates, can be wrong or out of date, and are not appraisals, offers, or financial advice. Always verify with actual sold listings before buying, selling, or insuring a card. SlabX is not responsible for decisions made based on values shown in the app.

3. Accounts

You may use SlabX without an account. If you create one, keep your password confidential and tell us about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions

• Collector and Investor plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions, monthly or yearly, through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown at purchase.
• Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects you.

5. Community content

You own what you post. By posting you give SlabX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content inside the service. Do not post content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, deceptive (including fake sales or prices), or that reveals other people's private information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service, resell access, or use it to break the terms of the third-party sources it relies on.

7. Third-party services and trademarks

SlabX uses data and services from PSA, Scryfall, the Pokemon TCG API, YGOPRODeck, eBay, OpenAI, Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google, each under their own terms. Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, One Piece, PSA, and other names and marks belong to their owners. SlabX is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlabX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss related to card values, purchases, sales, grading decisions, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using SlabX at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
