Straight answers
Is there a free trial?
Collector and Investor start with a 7-day free trial when offered by the store. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
How is billing handled?
Through the Apple App Store or Google Play. SlabX never sees your card number. Manage or cancel from your device's subscription settings.
What happens to my cards if I downgrade?
Nothing. Your collection stays on your device. Paid features switch off; extra collections stay readable and can be merged.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Request one from your purchase history on the device.
